By accessing or using Verso ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Verso is an AI-powered mobile app design tool that allows users to create mobile app UI designs through natural language prompts via Claude Code's MCP integration. The Service includes a web-based editor, project management, and design export capabilities.
To use Verso, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of all designs, screens, and content you create using Verso ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Verso name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Verso. The Service's underlying technology, including its software, design, and architecture, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Verso integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication) and Anthropic's Claude (AI generation). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.
When you publish a project, it becomes accessible via a public URL. You are solely responsible for the content of published projects. We reserve the right to remove published content that violates these terms.
We strive to keep Verso available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your projects before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
